Good food. Friendly staff. Good old fashion diner. We liked it, we don't make our way to that area much but are definitely going back when we get the chance
Didn't want to give 1 star. The waitress was beyond disrespectful.. The place is trashy. I hope this drops the rating. DONT GO HERE!!!!
Great food fast Dawn Marie is awsome.
Low rent old Denny's with no air conditioning. The food was good, the staff was friendly, but I lost 5 lbs in sweat while eating. "Best hash browns in town" is a stretch. Better food options right across the street.
Great breakfasts and good prices. Compared to Frank's Diner (across the street) Jenny's has better food, lower prices and you don't wait for a table.
Hash browns are the best. Food and service was good; decent prices.
Good food and service, reasonably priced, building itself a little rough.
Great breakfast, amazing coffee, scary part of town, feels retro because it is. Had a great experience.
The homemade hash is amazing...as is the rest if the food. Service is fast and friendly.
I love Jenny's for a very predictable and tasty breakfast. Even better that I now live a block away!
Cooks suck, waiters suck dirty place bathroom is gross eggs so under cooked the yoke was cold and clear and runny so gross asked for over medium got cold runny eggs so do yourself a favor walk a block down the road and eat at franks dinner you’ll thank me later and they charged me for it didn’t even take a bite lol don’t waste time or money
Good food good portions treated my kids very good had that old school diner feel to me which i like
Great hashbrowns, friendly waitstaff, reasonable prices. A comfy dive, not glamorous, no frills.
Good home style diner breakfast, friendly service and decent prices. Real "meat" in their hand-breaded Chicken Fried Steaks and great hashbrowns.
Meat was terrible on our dishes, dirty cups silverware and restrooms, sat and waited long time for acknowledgement of finishing
They have really good customer service .The Waitresses make you feel at home. the special is a pretty good choice. some of the items for a little bit pricey most of the items are not. They have hamburger special sometimes 5. 99 and with french fries or home fries. This restaurant has since gone out of business
Old town diner. The food is pretty good. Service is adequate. Makes you feel like your grandpa is out with you. Stay weird Spokane!
Hashbrowns are Amazing , but i always wonder why breakfast restaraunts dont make homemade biscuits and gravy - If breakfast is your business you should be passionate about making the best and adding your flavor .
Fast service, food was great. Great prices, portion sizes were awesome! Waitress was personable and friendly her name is donly, hope you have the pleasure of having her as a waitress!
Molly's and Franks were both packed so I gave this place a try and I'm glad I did. Hash browns certainly aren't the best in town but their red eye gravy is pretty killer. Pork chops were decent. I dig the retro 70s vibe it brought back memories.
The food was amazing definitely worth the money service was spot on
Great, vintage atmosphere...perfect for how you'd imagine an old diner. But very clean and well maintained. Our service was so friendly and professional, and the breakfast food hit the spot. So yummy!
Solid diner with good prices and quality food.
I rate it a 3.5 sadly because the bathrooms really need to be renovated big time, and it would be to their benefit to fix it, it's a bit gross. I can see A LOT of people getting turned off by the gross bathrooms. Outside of that, the 2 Times I've been here, 1 year apart, I've never had any issues either with the food or the service. The food, in my experience, is very high quality, and the waitresses always kept our coffee & water full, so I'm a bit confused as to the disparate reviews, but my guess is it was an off day. The waitresses were not rude, they were not innapropriately dressed, there was no hair in my food. However, this last visit, my food was slow to come out, as in about 30 minutes, that's abnormally long as they were not extremely busy. I do really like the food, and because I've had 2 good experiences minus the old and run down bathrooms and long wait time on food on the last visit. I hope they can fix these two things, especially the bathrooms. ~Amy
I've always been treated real well at Jenny's & the food is really good & I've never left hungry.
Not being from Washington and kinda out of my element I felt welcome and loved! The food was fantastic!!
Great hash browns if the right cook is there, otherwise it's still a good breakfast but not great.
Perfect American diner. Cheap, but great service and quality food. My veggie omelette was fresh, cooked right and not greasy. Great pancakes.
Terrible service, cook was yelling at waitress, food was okay...not Spokanes best hashbrowns like advertised
Super service, delicious food, great prices
I love this place! Great food... Great staff.
Have you ever wanted to eat in a restaurant where Quentin Tarantino would film a movie? Make no mistake, this place is a dive. I half expected Jules and Vincent to be seated next to us. However, the food is both good and inexpensive. The waffles are large and the biscuits and gravy were plentiful. The hash browns are housemade and worthy of the acclaim on the outside of the diner. So, if you find yourself waiting in a long line at Frank's for frankly mediocre food, consider crossing the street instead. Sure, you won't be dining in a rail car, but you'll be done eating by the time you would have been seated over there.
Walked felt like I was in a deserted town greeted by a slob ( no oral hygiene). They wouldn't allow my expresso coffee to come in. The food was cold and very overpriced for what you get. It's time for you to close down.!!!!
Delicious food to make a wonderful morning!!
Very kind, good service and home style food. They don't have a huge menu, instead they keep it small but do it really well. I'll definitely be back.
Great biscuits and gravy, most favorite is there hash browns. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend it, and will keep returning.
Great place to eat! Hash browns are the best! Stay cleave of the bathroom. It's never clean when we have gone. Sorry... just saying!
Love the coffee and hashbrowns. Great with the kids, and the staff is very friendly. My favorite diner here so far.
Went in for a business meeting. I ended up ordering breakfast and it was perfect. Going back soon to try their Chicken Fried Steak. I am happy about this find!
Love it here! We always bring friends and family that visit from seattle. Never had a bad experience, good food and service, love the hash browns!
Was our go to place for the best breakfast but it has taken a nose dive big time! Hashbrowns so under cooked they were crunchy. No country gravy on 2 different visits. Understaffed alot. So sad.
My family's favorite Saturday breakfast gathering spot. Love the staff and food. Seriously suggest you give them a try.😋
Its an American diner, plain and simple. The service was very pleasant.
This is the best place in town for corned beef hash and breakfast old-school diner style.
I got a big black hair in my meal and the overall place was very dirty. Also the wait staff was dressed in sleeping attire. I would say a great place to feel at home with Spokane underbelly.
I walked into buy a coffee and use the restroom. I was refused by Tammy outright even though I offered to be a customer first before I asked for the restroom. Judged upon appearance i.e. homeless. Some guests recommended a motel.
It isn't fancy, but it was a great place to eat. My husband ordered the corned beef hash, and he said it was better than his grandma used to make. And trust me, I've heard many times about how good her hash was. The hash browns were very good. I had the eggs Benedict, which was their breakfast special, and the hollandaise sauce was very tasty. We will definitely stop here again when we are in the area.
Great food and coffee, a rare diner that serves great food!
I would say this is the friendliest place to eat breakfast and has the best hash browns in town.
